If you’ve come in for a chat any time over the last ten years, you’ll have noticed our countryside office’s rather rural location. Well, it’s all change here, as we’ve recently swapped the hedgerows and hedgehogs for lovely new lakeside views.
Dane’s been with the company since 2009, making him the fountain of all knowledge and the keeper of all secrets from Christmas parties past. After spending his childhood in motorsport, kart racing around Europe, he sensibly decided to focus his energies on creative recruitment and looking after his daughter and pet pug. When he’s not at work, he’s playing sports or rallying the troops for lunchtime boot camp.
Matt has decades of hi-tech recruitment under his belt, but is particularly motivated by his current focus on mobile apps. Why? Nothing speaks to his dynamic side quite like evolving technology and exciting new innovations. As much as his world revolves around mobile tech while he’s in the office, at home it’s a different story. Based in a rural reception blackspot just outside of Bristol, he enjoys cricket, football and taking his dog for long woodland walks. Ah, the country life.
Jack made the move from Finance to Creative Recruitment in early 2017. With a first-class degree in Mathematical Sciences and a Masters in Actuarial Finance, he’s the brains of the operation (but don’t tell him we said that). Outside of work, he’s a keen sportsman. Football’s his game. And squash, golf, tennis, cycling, motorsport… the full stack, really. See what we did there?
Fun fact: Simon’s the youngest person we’ve ever hired. But, despite being the baby of IC Creative, he brings so much to the team – including a keen eye for design. He loves chatting with likeminded individuals about what’s next for user interfaces just as much as he does creating art for his own portfolio. Another fun fact: his favourite ‘recruitment moment’ happens when clients are so passionate about what they’re looking for, they can’t stop talking about it!
Chris is a firm believer in building trust first, filling vacancies second, and prefers to use his people skills to network, learn and scope out opportunities for successful connections. He’s more than excited to see where the industry’s going, too. If you have any theories about how UX might impact VR, AR or AI, give him a ring. Watch out, though – if you happen to be a Liverpool fan like him, you might be in for a long call…
Vicky’s big on brand and taking a creative approach. With almost 20 years’ experience in marketing at the likes of Saatchi & Saatchi and Euro RSCG (along with the Chartered Institute of Marketing accreditations to prove it), she’s a master of social media and has what it takes to get the right jobs seen by the right people. In her spare time, she can be found at the shops or hanging out with her beloved bulldog, Stanley.
