Fast growing fintech in Cardiff is looking to expand its technical support team, and are looking to hire a further Support Engineer, who can focus on 2nd and 3rd line support for their internal systems and range of apps.
You will be working as part of a multi-functional team, so the role can offer a broad range of areas to focus on.
Key skills/experience required:
- Good and demonstrable understanding of Azure and AD environments
- Windows Server and Cloud Platform
- Windows and Mac environments
- Windows Server 2016 administration
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills – Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook
- Monitoring and deployment tools (Desirable)
Strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills are also required.
