Independent direct and digital agency; in idyllic central London, is looking for a CRM and Data Senior Account Manager.
This Senior Account Manager is responsible for the management of client projects and the day-to-day running of the account under the supervision of the Business Director. As the ‘go to’ person on the account team, the Senior Account Manager is reliable, dependable and enthusiastic, and the first port of call for internal agency teams and clients. The Senior Account manager is expected to demonstrate remarkable attributes in client service, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on budget and on brief – and to the highest standard.
You will have experience working with data across different campaigns from CRM, eCRM, DM, Data Segmentation, Direct and Digital and social. You will be working with well known clients from retail to FMCG to telco.
This is a big role for a Senior Account Manager as you will be in control of client finances and job bags in accordance with company procedures (including Concept, up to date timesheets, accurate forecasts, etc), with a view to maximizing income and profits as well as Delivering prompt and accurate estimates (with a clear scope of work) before work commences, seeks prompt delivery of PO’s and subsequent prompt invoicing and it goes without saying you will ensure all projects are completed within budget, and maximises income and profit opportunities.
