Over 15 years, their team has developed a reporting platform that generates personalised solutions for the fund management industry. Their software enables the team to develop and maintain client websites, as well as automating the production of reporting documents.

This is an engineering role within the finance industry, no finance experience necessary just a passion for building great products with Python and Django. The successful Software Engineer will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

In addition, any experience with containerisation tools such as Docker and an understanding of cloud technologies and familiarity with the AWS ecosystem would be a big positive in your application.

The company works with fund management clients of all sizes, from start-up boutiques to global asset management firms. One of their clients provides financial services, such as pension management, for over 10 million people in the UK.

Their business has continued to thrive throughout the last 12 months. They have won new clients, recruited multiple staff and successfully delivered several significant projects. These hires are to support this continued growth.

As we approach the second half of this year the engineering team will be commencing several greenfield projects as part of a rolling series of major enhancements to the current product offering.

Some of these projects involve modernising the content management system, migrating to cloud based infrastructure and significantly evolving the user experience for customers.

There will be opportunities to be involved with all aspects of the development cycle, from designing the architecture to delivering the final products.
