Fast growth Cardiff-based Fintech SaaS company is looking to hire Helpdesk Support Engineers as part of their exciting expansion plans.
You will be joining a new team that will have responsibility for providing 1st line technical support for their clients, as well as providing black-box User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of their mobile app solutions.
This company already had an excellent flexible and remote working policy in place, so there is no problem about working from home, and they can complete the interview process via video.
The role involves providing first line technical support for their range of mobile app solutions, and managing the escalation of support tickets to 2nd/3rd Line engineers.
You will be working as part of a 24/7/365 schedule, so you must be willing to commit to shift work.
Key skills/experience required:
- Extensive experience of supporting software customers
- Experience supporting mobile apps on iOS and Android devices
- Supporting systems using cloud services
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Customer support
- Experience with customer ticket systems, such as Freshdesk
- Any knowledge of payment systems/apps would be desirable.
